계정 삭제 안내

1. 앱에서 바로 삭제하기 (권장 — 즉시 처리)

메모릴 앱을 열고 오른쪽 위 설정으로 이동합니다.
아래로 내려 [계정 삭제]를 누릅니다. (로그인 상태에서만 보입니다.)
안내를 읽고 [계정 삭제]로 확인하면 즉시 처리됩니다.

2. 앱을 이미 지웠거나 로그인할 수 없다면

contact@changjosoft.com 으로 "계정 삭제 요청"과 함께 로그인에 사용한 방식(Google 또는 Apple)을 보내 주세요. 본인 확인을 위해 로그인에 쓴 계정의 이메일 주소에서 보내 주시면 그 주소로 회신을 드리며, 확인 뒤 영업일 기준 7일 이내에 삭제하고 완료를 알려 드립니다.

3. 삭제되는 것과 남는 것

삭제: 서버에 저장된 항목(링크·메모·캡션 스냅샷·AI 요약)·썸네일 파일·그룹·구독 자격 정보, 결제 처리 위탁사(RevenueCat)의 고객 레코드. 계정 자체도 삭제되며 복구할 수 없습니다.
남는 것: 기기에 저장된 로컬 데이터는 계정 삭제와 무관하게 기기에 남습니다 (앱을 삭제하면 함께 지워집니다).
구독: 스토어 구독은 자동으로 해지되지 않습니다. 구독 중이라면 Google Play 또는 App Store 의 구독 관리에서 별도로 해지해 주세요.

Account deletion

1. Delete in the app (recommended — immediate)

Open Memoril and go to Settings (top right).
Scroll down and tap Delete account (shown only while signed in).
Read the notice and confirm with Delete account. Deletion is processed immediately.

2. If you already uninstalled the app or cannot sign in

Email contact@changjosoft.com with "Account deletion request" and the sign-in method you used (Google or Apple). Please send it from the email address of that sign-in account so we can verify it is you; we will reply there, then delete the account within 7 business days and confirm.

3. What is deleted, what remains

Deleted: everything stored on our servers — saved items (links, memos, caption snapshots, AI summaries), thumbnail files, groups, subscription entitlement records, and the customer record at our payment processor (RevenueCat). The account itself is deleted and cannot be restored.
Remains: data stored locally on your device stays there regardless of account deletion (it is removed when you uninstall the app).
Subscription: store subscriptions are not cancelled automatically. If you are subscribed, cancel separately in Google Play or the App Store.
